Fleet Care

How much does one business day of downtime cost an average commercial trucking company? Most trucking companies will lose more than $750 per day. This is not including the rental of replacement equipment to keep operations going. It also does not include vehicle repairs. Vehicle downtime can be triggered for a number of reasons. Mechanical failure is the leading cause of unplanned downtime.

Typically most roadside repairs can be caught prior to the unit having a malfunction. Preventative maintenance is what stops these unplanned down time events. Detailed vehicle inspections completed by highly trained technicians will ensure those small repairs don’t lead to catastrophic failures. Proper vehicle lubrication prevents ball joint, king pin, and drive shaft failures and ultimately prolongs the life of those components. Luckily for our clients we offer a inspection program that allows our technicians to put eyes and hands on your units bi-weekly.
